Technical support for x4w can be purchased from i4i on a per incident basis. i4i will allocate a software engineer to review your question and provide you with as complete a response as possible based on the information provided in the question. If necessary, the i4i engineer may email you questions for further clarification. Each incident costs $250.00. All incident purchases are non-refundable.

The fine print
i4i's response to an incident will not exceed 2 hours of effort by an i4i software engineer. i4i will acknowledge an incident purchase within 24 hours, made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, and will endeavor to have a response to the customer's question within 72 hours. In some cases, it may take longer to develop a complete response. i4i makes no representation as to the length of time it will take to respond to an incident purchase.
If i4i finds the incident will require more than two hours to solve, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, i4i will provide an estimate of how many additional incident purchases may be required.
i4i makes no guarantee that the incident responses will correct your problem.
